It is hard to fathom the changes that have occurred in almost a year since our last article on National Immunization Month.
Prefacing our article, was a question:
“DO YOU KNOW THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN AN EPIDEMIC AND A PANDEMIC?
Now, we are in the middle of a pandemic, like no other any of us have ever experienced. There is not a single person that has not been affected in one fashion or the other since our lives changed forever.
We have additional dilemmas and problems to solve with the mechanics of getting our children back to school. The amount of stress involved with these types of decisions can have major impacts on ALL people that live in your humble domain.
YOU HAVE TO KNOW WHETHER YOU, YOUR CHILDREN OR YOUR FAMILY ARE UP TO DATE ON YOUR IMMUNIZATIONS.
There is solid and documented proof that vaccinations save lives. Now, more than ever. Particularly, in light of the fact that many of us have not had our routine and normal healthcare maintenance due to this pandemic.
We have touched on many controversial subjects other than sex, but NONE have stirred up as much attention as our various articles that we have covered on the importance of vaccinations for not just our young children, but our teenager and adults as well. Many chronic conditions are managed by yearly inoculations such as pneumonia and flu vaccinations.
As my subscribers know, we frequently use the CDC (Centers for Disease Control and Prevention) as one of our most trusted and reliable resources. Please refer to their website for additional information on the critical importance of immunizations.
Health.gov has a tremendous amount of information on their site regarding the necessity for all age groups to discover what their individual needs are for up-to-date vaccinations. NOW IS THE TIME TO PAY ATTENTION!
Health.gov created and is releasing a new video series that is focused on vaccinations across the lifespan. You can view the series here:
There are a couple of things we would urge you to research or look into either through your children’s individual school, school board, or your state types of authorized exemption. They will provide assistance in determining how many exemptions have been given in your geographic region from vaccinations. You need to know this information, as well as the various types of exemptions and what they mean in direct proportion to your current existing situation.
Again, these types of articles have created quite the variety of responses. Both positive and negative.
